There was standing room only on Saturday, 24th April, 2010, for the return visit to the Orchestra of guest soloist, Havilland Willshire, accomplished concert pianist and Dean of the Scottish Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama.

Playing Rachmaninov's masterpiece 2nd Piano Concerto to a full house, his performance was warmly applauded and was appreciated by audience and orchestra alike.

Accompanying this work, the orchestra gave a performance of Weber's "Oberon" Overture and Brahms' 4th Symphony.
