Under the Constitution, the Orchestra must hold meetings as follows:-

Annual General Meetings - Every year within 6 weeks of the financial year end(*).

Committee Meetings       - At least once every term (**);

(*)Financial Year End31st December of each year. 
(**)Terms:Autumn (September to Christmas);
Winter (New Year to Easter);
Spring (Easter - End of June(§))
(§)Subject to variation depending on competing schedules.
